The movie Avatar is being considered raciest by the same group that does nothing but complain about everything white folks do. If you've actually seen this movie, you'll leave the theater with mixed emotions that's true. What you won't leave the theater thinking is that another white person saves the day.
What it does convey is the greed that us humans have and the result of our greed when it comes to the planet we live on. Money hungry corporations in our world will do anything to get what they want no matter what the cost. For example: Here in the Tampa Florida area, money hungry bureaucrats sold off our fresh water coming from natural springs in the Alafia river to the Mosaic corporation. In return Mosaic has spilled millions of gallons of concentrated chemicals into the Alafia river which in turn killed every fish and plant for miles. Not only did they do it once, but twice.
Now our drinking water has to be treated heavily in order for us to be able to drink it. Not to mention, it smells and tastes like S&^t. Doesn't our constitution state that each municipality is supposed to be provided clean drinking water and not water full of chemicals that you can taste and smell? Who the hell sold off our clean water to Mosiac anyway? They should be the ones being held accountable !!! Or at least strung from the nearest tree.
So you see folks, the movie Avatar was not about race, it was about the little guys standing up against greedy corporations in order to save their world. Not "Another white guy saves the world". Maybe if minorities stopped complaining all of the time and joined forces, we could clean up the world together.
Just a thought folks.
